Refund Policy

We care about our customers, and above all, we want your experience with us to be a happy one. We pack all your plants with love and care, we pick the best plants from our stock, and our mission is that they leave our nursery in the best condition.

Even so, occasionally, things don't quite go to plan; if your order arrives and you aren't happy with the health of the plants, and they are suffering any of the following issues:

  • Broken Stems
  • Numerous broken leaves
  • Pests or Disease
  • Incorrect or missing plants

We will offer you the choice of one of the following options:

  • Replacement plants – if available
  • Store credit for the purchase price
  • A refund for the purchase price

Please note that we will not issue refunds for the following:  

  • A couple of broken or missing leaves
  • Dried or wilted bottom leaves
  • Colour differences – as colours vary during the seasons.

Please check your order on arrival and let us know of any concerns within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for replacement plants, store credits or refunds.

Please get in touch with us via email at hello@mudgeesucculents.com.au within 48 hours of receipt.

  3. Please include your order number

Unfortunately, we cannot accept change-of-mind purchases. So please be careful when purchasing.
